How HPCT Certification Exam works:
STEP 1. Pay for the exam
STEP 2. Fill out the registration form
STEP 3. Email supporting documents to support@nationalhpct.com
A. Government Issued ID
B.School Certificate or Transcripts (Graduated student)
C. Resume showing one year experience in the certification field. (If qualifying with work experience)
D. Military training documents (if qualifying with military training)

Then wait for 3 business days for approval, date
and time confirmation in your email
On your test day, take exam from your computer with a proctor monitoring you on webcam

HPCT Nationally Certified Surgical Technician (NCST) is accepted in the following 41 states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. The remaining 9 states not mentioned depend on the facility.

HPCT Certified EKG Technician (HCET)
EKG Technicians perform diagnostic tests to assess the patient's heart rhythm and rate. Proper electrode placement on the patient, recording the ECG, preparing the report for the physician, troubleshooting abnormalities with the recording and ensuring patient comfort and safety are some of their responsibilities.
Nationally Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (NCMAA)
Medical Administrative Assistants perform medical office administrative duties such as scheduling, communicating with healthcare professionals, patients and third party payers, handling medical records, and financial management while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (NCPhT)
Pharmacy technicians help pharmacists in a pharmacy or other medical setting that dispenses prescription medications to individuals. They work directly under a licensed pharmacist and help them fill prescriptions, get refill authorizations from prescribers and several other duties that assist the pharmacist.
HPCT Certified Phlebotomy Technician (HCPT)
Phlebotomy technicians obtain patient specimens. They perform venipuncture (blood draw), micro-collection, specimen processing and handling while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.
Nationally Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (NCCMA)
Medical assistants perform various clinical and/or administrative duties. Their duties include direct patient care and preparation, ECG, phlebotomy, and pharmacology. They may also perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, bookkeeping, and billing and insurance processing.
Nationally Certified Sterile Processor (NCSP)
Sterile Processing Technician Responsibilities include Collecting used and contaminated equipment, instruments, and supplies for sorting, Manually cleaning supplies of contaminants, removing waste matter, Preparing and packing decontaminated supplies for sterilisation.
HPCT Certified Patient Care Technician (HCPCT)
Patient Care Technicians provide direct patient care as delegated by the nursing or medical staff. Their responsibilities may include obtaining patient vital signs and other data, communicating with the healthcare team and patients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), complying with confidentiality requirements, and performing ECGs and phlebotomy tasks.
Nationally Certified Healthcare Educator (NCHE)
The Certified Healthcare Educator Certificate is designed for Healthcare Educators who possess knowledge in the specific healthcare area to be taught but need a healthcare teaching credential
